Adrienne Smith-Kissee MS CASAC-T
Adrienne Kissee holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services with a specialization in Counseling Studies. Additionally, she is a certified alcohol and substance abuse, HIV/AIDS educator. Adrienne is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership which she hopes to complete in 2016. Working with the youth and adolescence is her passion. Team Esteem originated in 2008 where she mentored the adolescent population. Presently, the organization has grown with the younger age group as well. She believes that each child has something to offer they just are not aware of their strength’s. Team Esteem is a community that respects and encourages each other. She does believe that “it takes a village to raise a child.” Ms. Adrienne gives them tough love and tools to guide their life journey. The program allows them to express themselves with respect through performing arts and other educational activities.
